Joya9 BDT Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the joya9 bdt platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. By logging in, registering, or playing any game on joya9 bdt for the first time, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Joya9 bdt reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the website along with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

3. Account Registration & Management

Each user may register only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances may be forfeited. You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate. Providing false information will result in account suspension during verification, and withdrawals will be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.

For account verification purposes, joya9 bdt may request identity documents (NID, passport, or driving license), proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within 7 business days may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

Joya9 bdt accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services. Currently supported payment methods:

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — funds must come from your own Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket account. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account will be subject to investigation.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from joya9 bdt, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC verified).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — direct withdrawal to a different account is not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is BDT 200,000.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Large amounts or flagged accounts may require additional verification, which can take 48–72 hours.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable at a set rate on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts generally require 10x–30x wagering before withdrawal.
• Cashback: A percentage of your net daily losses is returned to you as cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a bonus when you refer a friend, provided the referred member completes verification.
• Duration: Bonuses not used within the specified period from the date of offer will be automatically forfeited.

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bots, or attempting to exploit the system by any means — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

If your internet connection drops or a technical error occurs during a game, joya9 bdt will determine the game outcome based on the data recorded in the system. Any disputes must be reported to the support team within 24 hours. Game session history is retained in the system for up to 90 days.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joya9 bdt:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using bots, auto-clickers, or any automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with or tamper with the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of a third party.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is provided or identity fraud is detected.
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.
• Upon receiving instructions from legal authorities.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

11. Limitation of Liability

Joya9 bdt provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. joya9 bdt's liability is limited in the event of service interruptions caused by technical errors, server downtime, connectivity issues, or any other reason. We always strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
